Our specialty is problem parts and problem plastics. Odyssey Engineering has always been able to deliver parts and compounds that other injection molding shops could not deliver. This experience can be geared to fixing your manufacturing and production problems. Send us the plastic that is giving you problems, we will set it up and run it one of our machines on a similiar sized molded part. Once we have the correct temperature, pressure and flow parameters, we can send you the data, and can get your production back up and running. If your problems require on-site attention, we can arrange to travel to your location, and give extensive consulting services on your plastics and designs. Years of experience with the most difficult plastics and part design has given us an edge.

The start of every mold is the HAAS CNC machining center for an extremely accurate and reliable mold.

Our Cincinnati Millacron 250 ton machine is capable of running large single cavity and production multi cavity molds.

Single cavity molds and small multi cavity molds are run here on the TMC injection molding machine, producing nylon, plastic and composite parts.

The Gromax Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) can cut and surface complex mold parts.

The Newberry vertical injection molders are great for testing with new molds and parts, and for limited production runs.
